It has been just over a week since Joseph came out to fix my computer and I just wanted you to know how thrilled I am with the way it has been running this week!! I had been at WIT’S END with it!! Joseph worked miracles with it. When he came, he got right to work, installed the Sypware programs, fixed the DVD player and just did a wonderful job!! He was so nice to answer my questions. I brought my computer in for repair. I typically take the time and fix the computer myself, but I couldn’t this time.
