PC Doctors Memphis I wanted to take time to tell you how pleased I am with our backup service you installed. I was on the internet and my virus program told me I had received an infected file from a webpage."Click here to remove it." Well I did and you know what happened next! My computer was flooded with popups the following day. After taking my pc to your Winchester store the virus was removed but my quickbooks data file and several other files were not accessible. Fortunately our nightly backup had saved the last 3 copies of my quckbooks file. I say 3 because that night we backed up as usual but the most recent copy was also infected! I wanted to take a minute and say thank you for all of your hard work you and your company did for our business. Last weekend a major thunderstorm hit our offices. Lighting struck a light pole behind our building arced over and took out our air conditioning, telephones and of course our server. Brandon was at our offices with three new computers the very next morning. Within two hours of his arrival we had ALL of our financial data and our blueprints restored to our new server. We were back in business by 1pm that day. You and your company are awesome!

I had been at WIT'S END with it!! Joseph worked miracles with it. When he came, he got right to work, installed the Sypware programs, fixed the DVD player and just did a wonderful job!! I brought my computer in for repair. I typically take the time and fix the computer myself, but I couldn't this time. The virus was so pervasive that it began erasing files from my start menu and before I knew it, my computer was ruined. I use my computer for my business so this was a huge problem. I took my old Gateway laptop into PC Doctor and they fixed the problem in 24 hours and had my computer up and running before I had to leave on vacation. I would recommend PC Doctor to anyone looking to have their computer repaired on short notice. I will definitely keep the number in my phone on speed dial when I have any future problems.
