As Technician at PC Doctor, Todd assists clients with hardware repair, operating systems and virus removals. In addition to over three years of experience in the information and technology services industry, he received an education from Southwest Tennessee Community College. When he is not working with the PC Doctor team, he enjoys watching sports, playing fantasy football and dining at various Memphis restaurants.
Trevor Spencer
As Store Manager/Technician, Trevor maintains inventory, executes desktop and laptop repair and handles remote system administration. Prior to joining the PC Doctor team, he worked as a computer technician for over six years. Trevor is a graduate of Cordova High School and has also studied graphic design and IT at the University of Memphis and Southwest Tennessee Community
Melissa Messick
Melissa oversees marketing for PC Doctor as the team’s Marketing Assistant. Prior to joining the company, she worked as Assistant Property Manager with MRG. In addition to her previous work experience, Melissa will be graduating with a degree in History in May 2011.
Aaron Forsythe
Aaron is the Store Manager of PC Doctor’s Southaven location. With over seven years of experience in the IT industry, he has previously worked as the Lead Technician of Crenshaw Computers, as well as Student Technical Advisor at Salem International College. When Aaron is not managing store operations and customer service at PC Doctor, you can find him at any PC FPS game.
Trey Tillman
Trey brings over 15 years of IT industry experience to the PC Doctor team. As Senior Network Engineer, he holds a number of responsibilities including network administration, product development and field management. Prior to joining the team, he worked at SBC Data Comm and also had experience as an instructor. His technical certifications include A+, Net+, MCSE, MCT, Linux and Cisco UC500.
